2026 Rimrocker "VANROCKER" Run - Moab, UT to Montrose, CO - September 14-16

$169.00

The Rimrocker Trail is a 160-mile, mostly unpaved route connecting Moab, Utah, to Montrose, Colorado, designed for 4WD, OHV, and motorcycles. Passing through diverse landscapes like the La Sal Mountains, red rock canyons, and alpine forests, this moderate-rated trail offers scenic camping, historic mining sites, and river crossings.

Join us on an inaugural van run which includes an alternate route over 10,400 ft La Sal Pass and van-campsite research! The Rimrocker is light on crowds and big on views. Along the way we’ll disperse camp, stop in Nucla to resupply/refuel, check out a hanging flume, and a lunch at Buckeye Reservoir.

We’ll roll into Montrose the day before the VanWild event (September 18-21), where Cactus to Canyons will be helping Tim and the Adrenaline HQ crew to lead runs in the San Juan mountains around Silverton, Telluride, Ophir and Ouray.

Our aim is to make the Rimrocker an annual van run leading into the VanWild event and maximize your time and fun in the Four Corners! This is part of our explorers trip series and we’re going to have fun with it. That means you should plan to bring and prepare all your own food for meals on this one. Participants will receive a custom, commemorative patch for our inaugural VanRocker‍ ‍run.

Grenadiers and other rigs are more than welcome! 4WD and AWD is required. Tires larger than stock are strongly recommended as the terrain does include travel over some large talus slopes. Suspension improvements are always recommended.
